PF.EXE (for Epson and compatibles)
This program reads text from a specified ASCII file, and prints it
on your Epson (or compatible) printer. It's a convenient means of
printing, because it offers 8 popular text-print formats at a sin-
gle keystroke. Line numbers (not already found in text or program
source code) may be automatically printed.
PF.EXE does not acknowledge any command line parameters (they are
simply ignored).
From the menu, choose a format configuration by pressing the asso-
ciated key. The Letter Quality 10 or 12 pitch modes automatically
include top and bottom margins and page numbering. Draft 10 or 12
modes include choices of margins and page numbering. The left and
right margins are hard-wired according to choices made.
Notice the "N" option at the bottom of the configuration list. It
must be selected first in order to print line numbers. Then, just
press the number corresponding to the desired configuration.
I didn't include error trapping in the filename argument so if you
enter a filename that doesn't exist, the program will merely stop.
